Week 7: Brand Sentinel Agent

The Brand Sentinel Agent

Architecting the “Librarian” node for agentic brand governance.

Step 1: Infrastructure

The Master Key (API Access)

To bypass the Google authentication “gauntlet,” we are using a Service Account. This file contains the “Robot Credentials” that allow your n8n nodes to communicate with our demo environment instantly.

Download Access Key (.txt)

n8n Setup:

  • Open the text file and keep it ready.
  • In your n8n Google node, set Authentication to Service Account.
  • Copy the Email and Private Key (including the BEGIN/END markers) exactly as they appear in the file.
  • Ensure both toggles at the bottom of the credential window remain OFF.
Step 2: Data Acquisition

Download Mailchimp Brand Guidelines

We have meticulously “shredded” the Mailchimp Style Guide into high-precision Markdown (.md) silos. These files serve as the “Memory” for your Brand Sentinel RAG library.

Download Guidelines (.zip)

Step 3: Record Keeping

The Brand Audit Ledger

A Sentinel without a record is a ghost. Use this Google Sheet to provide a digital paper trail of every audit your agent performs. This is your “Peace of Mind” dashboard for clients.

Access Master Ledger Template

Setup Required:

  • Click the button above to open the master template.
  • Go to File > Make a copy and save it to your own Google Account.
  • Critical: Move your copy into a new Google Drive folder named “Mailchimp Brand Sentinel”.
  • Ensure the “RAG Library” folder (containing your .md files) is also located within this master directory.
